Meet Dr. Arkla Allen

My multifaceted experience throughout my career has given me a wholistic and unique approach to the accreditation process and organizational & leadership development.  I have over 20 years of combined experience in Compliance & Accreditation in a vast spectrum of industries. Those industries include Healthcare, Higher Education, Fire, (EMS, Paramedics), and Police. I am also affluent in the areas of Organizational and Leadership Development. 

When I can take advantages of opportunities to relax and enjoy life, I use it to spend time with my family and friends, travel, explore new and cook different cuisines, and build the brand of Agape Compliance & Organizational Development, LLC. Above all else, I enjoy being the mother of two adult children.
